研究团队简介: 杨根,中国科学院大学温州研究院(生物医学物理中心)客座教授;北京大学物理学院PI,副教授。杨根团队聚焦于癌症早筛诊断和治疗的基础研究及其临床转化。
 
研究重点一:通过生物学、物理学、纳米材料学、微纳加工等多学科交叉,针对循环肿瘤细胞、胞外囊泡和肿瘤来源循环核酸等生物标志物,开发具有临床应用价值的普惠型、低成本、高精度、新型的癌症诊疗平台。
研究重点二:以肿瘤免疫学物理学和放射医学为基础,结合类器官、自动化微纳设计加工等技术,构建新型癌症治疗策略和患者个性化药物快速筛选系统。
 
目前团队成员在微流控器件、放射治疗、纳米材料、胞外囊泡、循环肿瘤细胞和生物传感器等多个领域均具有较好的研究积累,前期工作已申请多项发明专利并进行转化,相关工作也已发表于Nature Communications、Matter、Lab on Chip和Chemical Engineering Journal等主流期刊杂志。

岗位需求:
应聘岗位要求已经或近期即将获得博士学位;
具有生物学、医学、纳米材料学、物理学和生物医学工程等相关研究背景,有医疗器械设计组装经验或微流控芯片制作经验者优先;
具有良好的英文听说读写能力,以第一作者在较高水平期刊上发表过论文,有一定的相关设备或方法产业化经验优先;
具有较强的独立科研能力以及团队合作精神;
有意愿做基础研究和临床产业转化。

薪酬待遇:
1. 博士后,入中国科学院大学博士后流动站(北京户口),工作地点在温州/北京大学,可采用温研院和北京大学合作培养模式,具体方式可另行沟通。优秀者出站后可入职本课题组转为正式编制研究员/副研究员/助理研究员。
1)博士后a类:40万/年+导师年度补贴+绩效(总体不少于50万/年);
2)博士后b类:30万/年+导师年度补贴+绩效(总体不少于40万/年);。
3)温州市提供2400元/月住宿补贴或选择高端人才公寓(三室一厅,约1500元/月);
4)出站1年内留温州全职工作的博士后按温州市政府政策享受50万元就业补贴;
5)优秀博士后可直接留课题组作为正式编制co-pi(研究员/副研究员/助理研究员)。
*留温州工作的博士后,四项相加,两年薪资不低于:135万-155万。
*不留温州工作的博士后,前三项相加,两年薪资不低于:85万-105万。
2. 岗位研究员/正高级工程师(事业编制):基础年薪(40-50万)+绩效奖励;安家费20万元+享受人才房5-6折购房优惠,科研启动经费100万。
3. 副研究员(事业编制):基础年薪(25-40万)+绩效奖励;安家费10万元+享受人才房5-6折购房优惠,科研启动经费30-50万。
4. 助理研究员(事业编制):助理研究员基础年薪(18-25万)+绩效奖励;安家费5万元(博士)+享受人才房5-6折购房优惠。

Principal Investigator:

Yang’s team focuses on the early diagnostics and therapy of cancer from basic research to clinical practice. One research theme is the development of generalized, cost-effective and high-accuracy innovative platforms with notable clinical application potential for early cancer diagnostics. The platforms are established through the multi-disciplinary integration of biology, physics, nanotechnology as well as microfluidics, and empower the deeply comprehensive profiling of cancer biomarkers in biological targets (e.g., CTC, ctDNA, extracellular vesicles). Another research theme is establishing novel cancer therapy strategies and precision medicine screening systems through integrating tumor immunology, physics, and radiology with other technologies such as organoid and automatic micro/nano fabrication. Our current team is highly diverse and the team expertise spans the field of microfluidic device, radiation therapy, nanomaterials science, extracellular vesicles, CTC and biosensor. Recently the team has applied a series of patents and published research articles in prestigious journals including Nature Communications, Matter, Lab on Chip, Chemical Engineering Journal.
 
Position 1:
Professor (staffing of public institution) / Professorate Senior Engineer (staffing of public institution) / Associate Professor (staffing of public institution) / Senior Engineer (staffing of public institution) / Assistant Professor (staffing of public institution) / Postdoctoral scholar
 
Requirements:
A doctor degree (Master or above for Research assistant) in Chemistry, Physics, Biochemistry, Biology or related disciplines. Good background with research experience in Molecular biology, medicine, nanotechnology, microfluidics and biomedical engineering is preferred. Being motivated and ability to work independently and good teamwork skills are required. A good command of English. A good publication record or experience in clinical commercialization of research results are preferred. Enjoying basic laboratory work and clinical translation.
 
Wage and welfare:
1. Postdoctoral scholar, Postdoctoral programme of University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (Beijing household registration), workplace: Wenzhou or Beijing (negotiable).
1) Postdoc a: Basic salary 400,000 RMB/yr + Bonus (More than 500,000 RMB/yr).
2) Postdoc a: Basic salary 300,000 RMB/yr + Bonus (More than 400,000 RMB/yr).
3) Living benefit: lodging allowance (2,400 RMB/mth) or talent apartment (three bedrooms and one living room, rent is 1,500 RMB/mth).
4) Postdocts that are full-time employed in Wenzhou in one year after the postdoctoral program are qualified for employment subsidy of Wenzhou (500,000 RMB).
5) Talent postdoc can apply the positions of staffing of public institution (Professor, associate Professor, assistant Professor) after the postdoctoral program.
2. Professor / Professorate Senior Engineer (staffing of public institution): Basic salary (400,000 – 500,000 RMB/yr) + bonus; household allowance (200,000 RMB) + home-buying bonus (40% - 50% discount), Startup Fund (1,000,000 RMB).
3. Associate Professor (staffing of public institution): Basic salary (250,000 – 400,000 RMB/yr) + bonus; household allowance (100,000 RMB) + home-buying bonus (40% - 50% discount), Startup Fund (300,000-500,000 RMB).
4. Assistant Professor (staffing of public institution): Basic salary (180,000 – 250,000 RMB/yr for Assistant Professor) + bonus, household allowance (50,000 RMB) + home-buying bonus ( 40% - 50% discount).

Position 2: Research assistant / Engineer
equirements:
A Bachelor or above degree. A master degree, experience in commercialization of research findings,research background in microfluidics or study background in Chemistry, Physics, Biochemistry, Biology and related disciplines are preferred. A good command of English. Being thoughtful, patient and responsible, and having good teamwork skills. Being motivated and enjoying administrative or basic laboratory work.
