Sicheng Tang (Associate Professor)
汤思成 国科温州研究院昝兴杰课题组岗位研究员
教育经历:
2013年获吉林大学材料化学学士学位(师从张晓安教授),2018年获美国迈阿密大学化学博士学位(师从Francisco Raymo教授,诺奖得主Fraser Stoddart学生)。2018-2021年先后在美国天普大学和宾夕法尼亚州立大学做博士后。2021年任中国科学院大学温州研究所岗位研究员。共发表论文27篇,其中中科院一区11篇,包括Journal of the American Chemical Society、National Science Review、Nature Communications、ACS Sensors等。此外,还作为国家卫生研究院(NIH)和国家科学基金会(NSF)的主要研究员参与研究。
主要研究方向:
(1)基于oxazine的分子开关在细胞内pH检测、细胞标记以及超分辨荧光成像上的应用;
(2)功能性荧光分子在检测细胞内极性、粘度等微环境变化方面的应用;
(3)两亲性聚合物结构与其性质关系以及其包裹亲脂性有机分子在细胞成像中的应用
目前聚焦于:
(1)功能性荧光分子在药物递送方面的辅助应用以及;
(2)基于分子开关的智能响应型药物递送体系的构建及应用。
