王志刚(Zhigang Wang,岗位研究员,博士后)


研究方向为新型诊疗平台的开发与应用。

致力于通过纳米科学、分子生物学、医学检验技术、器件工程学等多个学科的交叉融合,针对循环肿瘤细胞、胞外囊泡、循环DNA等靶标,设计开发高效、便捷、实用的新型诊疗平台,实现对癌症的早筛诊断及治疗。近年研究成果已申请国际发明专利2项,发表SCI论文27篇,其中第一作者论文11篇,发表于Nature Communications、Matter、Small、ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces、Nanoscale、Journal of Materials Chemistry B、Journal of Colloid and Interface Science、Particle & Particle Systems Characterization等国际学术期刊。

Dr. Wang’s research focuses on the development of innovative diagnostics & therapeutics platforms through the multi-disciplinary integration of nanotechnology, biology, assay technology and microfluidics. Aiming at addressing unmet challenges in early screening and therapy of cancer, his research place a strong emphasis on establishing generalized, cost-effective and high-accuracy platforms with notable clinical application potential to comprehensively profile circulating cancer biomarkers (e.g., extracellular vesicles, CTC, ctDNA). Currently, he has applied two patents and 27 works have been published in prestigious journals such as Nature Communications, Matter, Small, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Nanoscale, Journal of Materials Chemistry B, Journal of Colloid and Interface Science anParticle & Particle Systems Characterization.
