LIU Yong Professor
LIU's Group, Wenzhou Institute, UCAS
Dr. LIU Yong's research interests are the design, synthesis, and self-assembly of bioactive polymer materials and their application in overcoming bacterial/cancer drug resistance. He has a dual Ph.D. degree from Nankai University and the University of Groningen (Netherlands). At Nankai University, he was engaged in polymer material synthesis, self-assembly, and structural characterization; while in the Netherlands, his research focused on overcoming bacterial biofilm resistance using nano-antibiotics. From 2019 to 2021, he was an associate professor at the Institute of Functional Nano and Soft Materials (FUNSOM), Soochow University. His research field is polypeptide multifunctionalization and its application in the delivery of biological macromolecules such as protein/nucleic ...
